So many people are afraid of working out in front of others in fear of judgement. Let me give some perspective. Every day out and about I (and you) see some very weird people and things, right? Hey, I’m not hatin’, weird is fine by me.

However, you walking, running, lifting, or whatever tickles your fancy with your tummy, ass, and thigh fat jiggling is not even close to the weird shit I see. In fact, it’s actually downright f*cking sexy.

Do not compare yourself to anyone else. Do not compare your journey to anyone else’s journey. Focus on being a better, healthier (mentally, emotionally, physically) and stronger you.

Two weeks ago I didn’t think I could do squats with just my body weight. I not only recently did them with my body weight, but also 65lbs added weight. For sets. F*ck yes! For me this is badass and when only comparing my yesterday to my today, I feel amazing. My last workout I did 75lbs.

We are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for! This mindset of pushing yourself to new limits and past insecurities and fears, while not comparing ourselves to each other, is not only healthy for us, but allows us to celebrate other women’s victories that are badass for them, too!

So…. You. Do. You. Boo.
